Our guests can make use of a beautiful gym.

Indoor work-out

You can make use of the fitness equipment at any time during the day. At your disposal are five cardio machines and two barbells with weights besides a LCD-flatscreen, allowing you to stick to your exercise regime in the best possible way. The use of our gym is free for resident guests!

Outdoor work-out

When the weather is nice the nearby recreational area 'Het Valkenburgse Meer' offers all the conditions for an outdoor work-out.
