Until when can I cancel free of charge?
You can cancel all reservations, except non-refundable reservations, free of charge till 12 PM on the day of arrival.
What is a non-refundable reservation?
This is a booking that you should pay directly online during the bookingprocess and which not can be changed or cancelled afterwards.
Why should I chose for the non-refundable rate?
Instead of the cancellation terms above, we offer you a discount for paying the reservation directly online. The non-refundable rate is always the most economical fare available.
For group bookings we apply a different cancellation policy.
